Grant Hughes has had over 40 years of competitive riding experience in a range of disciplines, and teaches riders of all levels, from beginners through to World Cup riders. He can prepare your lesson to suit your individual needs with a range of different surfaces (grass, sand etc), techniques, exercises and lengths of lessons.

Grant has brought many horses and riders up through the levels to reach the top level of competition. He continues to ride and compete regularly and also continue learning himself, to be the best instructor possible. Grant loves instructing clients and takes personal interest in the development and progress of riders and horses. 

​

We have lovely facilities at our new property in Canberra, with a large sand jumping pad and full course of show jumps that is great for training. Complete with full equestrian facilities at our riding school and agistment center, we give our clients and their four legged friends a lovely venue in Canberra. We also regularly hold clinics and lessons at Equestrian Park in Canberra on the grass and sand pads and are also happy to travel for clinics.

Grant is a very experienced instructor and will go above and beyond for his students. Our community welcomes new members and will support one another in training and competition.
