May Show Run 2014

The Emmaville Performance Horse team has just returned from a very successful trip to Cobar, Nyngan, Dubbo & Coonamble shows.

Grant & Emma Hughes, along with grooms Sarah & Sam, took 8 horses to compete. Cobar show was very plesent and laid back. Emmaville Charisma had her first start in over 1 year (since having foal 'Cosmo' in late 2013). It was a very successful show.

Nyngan saw Grant coming home with a beautiful new rug for "Most successful showjumping rider of the show". Emmaville Define competed in his second ever 6 bar, jumping up to 1.50m to come out first place.

Dubbo show was a very big show once again. Grant came home with "most successful showjumping rider of the show" again.

Coonamble was a very nice show to end the run with. Emma competed in hacking events on Emmaville Define, and also in the dressage on Define & Charisma, scoring high & placing. Emmaville Junior won the highest point score for "most successful showjumper", bringing home another beautiful rug.

Thank you to our wonderful sponsors, particularly Horseland Canberra, and Ridley Agri-products. Thank you also to our wonderful supporters - staff and friends who we couldn't do this without. Looking forward to the next show run in August!
